Hi, I’m Miranda Hodge
Life Coach, Teacher and Podcaster!
I help women like you, 21st century mamas who feel like they are stumbling under the weight of the huge mum mental load we find ourselves facing every day, week, and month.
Women who want to do the best by their children and live faithfully, who want to stop just ‘making the best of it’ and reclaim their joy, their health and reduce brain fog and overwhelm - and regardless of circumstances, do what they can to create a strong, healthy, happy, connected family who don’t have to worry about Mum losing her temper all the time due to her own mental load, phone addiction and desperation to be accepted as herself.
As a mum for 12 years so far, a wife for 17 - I have lived through many regular stresses us mums face. My clients are mums who feel overwhelmed, stressed, and possibly have children who are struggling, too. Gut health, intolerances, behaviour, ADHD, faith-based challenges as well as managing emotional health challenges such as trauma and subconscious habits - what a STORM it can be for your headspace.
I help women start to move FORWARD through the storm - and, if it’s your thing, with God as our ever-present Hope as we do so.
