Child Nervous System/Emotional regulation Consults Available

As a teacher, I regularly help little people calm their systems.

But this can be a very overwhelming area for parents - especially if you don’t know how to regulate or fully calm your own nervous system - and the kids are looking to you to help them regain calm in their bodies and minds.

So next time things go pear-shaped, you want to have some proven strategies that increase your connection with your child and help them when their system is out of whack!

In session, You and your child learn techniques to do this, & build family wellbeing and connection.

Sessions are in-person only for kids.
