It’s almost impossible to be a parent these days without feeling the pressure to do the best for your child, the best for yourself, and still manage to fit in everything you need to do as well as nurture your child’s physical, developmental, social and emotional needs. 🤯🤯
In my individual Zoom consultations, you will feel encouraged and relieved to be able to share your mental load with someone who can really help - and who is very ADHD aware - and we will do any or all of the following, depending on session times and what you need:
Brainstorm and prioritise what is going on for you -
Discuss any emotional ‘tightness’, numbness or overreactions you are having and why - potentially utilising some emotional processing techniques such as movement, breathing or positive psychology techniques
Discuss any issues your child might be having that you would like some expert (teacher and coach) advice on, including behaviour, emotional regulation strategies, and so on - moving towards family connection and whole-family wellbeing
Create a plan of action for you moving forward for your own health and that of your family, including general health & wellbeing factors such as managing sleep, family connection, emotional health & behaviours and so on.
