It’s almost impossible to be a parent these days without feeling the pressure to do the best for your child, the best for yourself, and still manage to fit in everything you need to do as well as nurture your child’s physical, developmental, social and emotional needs. 🤯🤯
In an individual Zoom consultation, you will feel encouraged and relieved to be able to share your situation with someone who has been there. As a child professional and mum coach, Miranda has helped many mums feel more equipped to help their child, their family and themselves thrive instead of ‘just survive’.
In a session we:
Do a holistic intake with you as the client and listen to your situation and your thoughts on what you want to achieve.
Discuss any issues your child might be having that you would like some expert (teacher and coach) advice on, including behaviour, emotional regulation strategies, and so on - moving towards family connection and whole-family wellbeing.
Create a plan of action for you moving forward for your own health and that of your family, including general health & wellbeing factors such as managing sleep, family connection, emotional health & behaviours and so on.
