How to prioritize your life
Prioritising is a skill that is rarely taught, but in the face of overwhelm in parenting, it can help you have more control over yourself, your life and over your mental space. This is so important for your well-being, for your emotional space with your partner, and gives you the ability to have more emotional awareness and space with your children.
Find out my step-by-step prioritising process right in this episode!
Why prioritising is so helpful
1: Minimises procrastination due to overwhelm
2: Brings attention to what is most important, therefore helping you get the most important things done. Super helpful for those with ADHD!
3: Gives us a feeling of control, which is one of the antidotes to overwhelm.
